Wayne Back - Proprietor, Professional Climber/Arborist and Consultant Arborist

Wayne holds the following qualifications

• Certificate 3,4&5 - Diploma Horticulture (Arboriculture)
• Level 1,2&3 Chainsaw operations
• OH&S Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
• Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment
• Part time TAFE NSW teacher (Chainsaw Operations)

In addition, Wayne also holds a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science and ran his own practice for over 20 years prior to his involvement in arboriculture.

He is also a volunteer of the NSW Rural Fire Service and currently holds the position of Deputy Captain, Training Officer and Zone Trainer in chainsaw operation and fire tanker driving.

Alex Back - Son of proprietor, Head Groundsman, Trainee Arborist and Trainee Professional Climber

Alex holds the following qualifications

• Chainsaw operations level 1 & 2
• OH&S Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
• Currently completing Certificate 2 Horticulture ( Arboriculture) at TAFE NSW.

Alex has been with Above All Tree Services for four years and has obtained a high level of skill and competence in all aspects of grouhdmans tasks and duties. Alex is gaining more comprehensive skills within the arboriculture industry through both his TAFE course and climbers training. He is well on the way to establishing his professional climber and arborist career.

Simon Tabone - Professional Climber/ Arborist

Simon holds the following qualifications

• Certificate 3 Horticulture (Arboriculture)
• Chainsaw operations level 1 & 2
• OH&S Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
• Currently completing certificate 4 Horticulture ( Arboriculture) at TAFE NSW

Simon is a very experienced and skilled climber and arborist. He consistently demonstrates a high level of competence in all areas of tree removal and prunning in a safe and professional manner. Simon's commitment to quality work is of an excellent caliber and his professionalism is demonstrated in all aspects of his work.

William Hamon - Groundsman, Trainee Arborist and Trainee Professional Climber

William holds the following qualifications

• Chainsaw operations level 1 & 2
• OH&S Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
• Currently completing Certificate 2 Horticulture ( Arboriculture) at TAFE NSW.

William is in his first year with Above All Tree Services and is gaining experience and skills as a groundsman. He has also commenced climber training and along with this training and his continuation with his TAFE course, places him on the pathway to become a professional climber and arborist.
